The Role You will be working across all facets of Property Law in a supportive and collaborative environment. The team features expert property lawyers and conveyancers, well regarded in the industry. This team acts for clients in numerous developments from start to end.
About you & your experience You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in property law from a well regarded firm. Your experience in managing end-to-end property transactions, including contract review, property transfers, and settlement processes will be integral to this role. Experience conducting thorough title and property searches, identifying any issues, and liaising with relevant parties to resolve them will be your superpower. Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents such as sale contracts, section 32 statements, and other conveyancing-related documents will come to the fore. You will be highly efficient at communicating effectively with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
