Skills & experienceYou will be a Property Lawyer at the 8-12 year level who would like to move into a quasi in-house role as a Senior Legal Counsel in order to establish a new function.

Enjoy developing strong long-term relationships as well as dealing with complex documentation (being able to structure a loan).

Drive revenue, mentor your lawyers, establish a function, work with existing and new clients.Your day-to-day - actively advise clients on a range of commercial and industrial property, development and project matters.
Supervise your team in the complex and commercial lending division - asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions.
