Property Lawyer

Property Lawyer | $120-$160k dependant on PAE | commercial property | excellent national client base | Hybrid working This firm is a well-known and respected law firm with National office locations.
This role is working alongside 3 partners in waterfront CBD offices.

This role is for someone with 3-5 years PAE in a reputable private practice or in-house organisation.
It will include matters involving:
Acquisitions and Disposals.
General Commercial Property.
Drafting covenants, easements, by-laws and strata management statements.
Preparing and negotiating complex contracts for sale.
Commercial and industrial site acquisition, development and sale.
Retail tenancy and strata disputes.
Advising on appropriate corporate structures and risk mitigation.
Due diligence for property acquisition and finance.
Property joint venture, development agreements, profit sharing and project management agreements with both the private and public sector.
