Looking for an opportunity to work closely with the Real Estate Partners and the broader team.
This Mid-tier national firm works with clients across Australia and internationally.
They are commercial, innovative in delivery, and engage across multiple industries.
You will be joining a collaborative law firm where ambitious team members can succeed in achieving career goals in capital transactions and major leasing for national listed and private institutions.
Your day will cover: Managing leasing portfolios for national landlords and tenants.
Drafting, advising, and negotiating commercial property contracts, leases, and development related agreements.
Conducting due diligence for property acquisitions and sales.
Advising on project structuring and risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of property transactions.
About you: The successful candidate will: Be an engaged and energetic team member.
Have at least 4-5 years post-admission experience, particularly in property transactions and commercial leasing; and be able to demonstrate: Excellent drafting and critical thinking.
Autonomy in file and client management.
A strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A commitment to continual learning and development.
