We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property, Corporate, Commercial with at least 5 years+ PAE in these practice areas to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior Partners and other Lawyers and Law Clerks within the team.
It is essential that the candidate possess sound knowledge and practical skills in a variety of property, corporate and commercial related transactions including but not limited to:
residential and commercial sale and purchase of propertydrafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and commercial leasesproperty developments, subdivisions and off the plan advicecorporate business structures (partnerships, trusts, incorporations)unitholder and shareholder agreementsco-ownership agreementssale and purchase of businesscontract reviews and negotiationThe successful candidate will be required to work in our EMERALD (VIC) office with some travel to our Pakenham and Belgrave / Tecoma offices from time to time.
