This position offers excellent opportunities for career development in a forward-thinking company that integrates cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the property and legal sectors.About the RoleBased in the Sydney office and reporting to the General Manager, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing conveyancing matters and ensuring seamless electronic settlements for our clients. You will be part of a collaborative team and will take on a range of important duties, including:Key Responsibilities: Review and conduct necessary due diligence on a high volume of conveyancing matters.Authorise and sign off on documents for electronic settlements in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.Oversee the sign-off process for financial settlements, including Trust monies, within the agreed SLAs.Communicate regularly with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates, resolve issues, and address any concerns.Collaborate with the Principal Director to review internal processes and identify potential improvements.Advise on audits and checks conducted by both internal and external parties, particularly with regard to ARNECC regulations.Who You Are:To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a solid foundation in property law or conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the electronic settlement process. You will be a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:A Law Degree or equivalent tertiary qualifications.An Australian Legal Practitioner Certificate (unrestricted preferred).2+ years of legal and conveyancing experience.Proficiency in the conveyancing process, with hands-on experience using PEXA.Strong ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients and stakeholders.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your legal career and work for a cutting-edge technology company that is transforming the property and legal sectors.
