What we're looking for: This position is responsible for co-ordinating facilities work and project upgrade work at our child care centres.
The role: Coordinate the completion of compliance facilities work and project upgrades at our child care centresFacilitate and close out safety related audits and initiatives (utilising external contractors for the work)Liaise with external and internal departments, contractors and stakeholders to assist with any regulatory and administrative requirements are met within designated timeframesAbout you: Experience within a similar role or a role in real estate / property management is essentialExperience working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamHigh level of organisation skillsAdvanced level of attention to detail skillsCertificate in Business (Office Administration) desirable (but not essential)Knowledge of the childcare services industry desirable (but not essential)Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to facility management desirableExcellent organisational skillsThe ability to be self-motivated and work both autonomously and within a teamUnderstanding of work health and safety regulationsCollaborative team playerAdaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.Attractive salary packageBrand new Brisbane CBD officeFlexible working arrangement50% discount on childcare gap feesFitness and Lifestyle Group membershipsA professional culture and supportive work environmentPermanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in Brisbane (CBD).
