Property Development Paralegal

The RoleWe are seeking a positive and highly motivated property development paralegal with at least two years' experience to join our high performing Property team. Our team acts for some of Australia's largest property developers in their master planned communities, residential estates and mixed developments including high rise apartment projects. This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal to work with sophisticated clients as part of a dedicated team whilst managing a file load and assisting senior level team members.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' property development paralegal experienceExperience with DocuSign and Pexa settlements (essential)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of workA keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high quality workExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent business acumen and a desire to strengthen and build client relationships to continually contribute to the growth and success of the firmVictorian experience would come highly regarded but not essentialAbout Cooper Grace WardCooper Grace Ward is a leading independent law firm based in Brisbane.
