Our client is a long-established commercial law firm.
Due to growth, a strong pipeline of work, and overall strategy, they are looking to hire an experienced property lawyer.
Our client is a stalwart in their space and leads the way in the areas of property and body corporate law as well as construction law with decades of experience behind them.
A flavour of the work will include:
off the plan developments land development, including subdivisions, covenants and easements general property advice e.g.
advice on property planning, advice on property title structuring, advice on adverse possession, advice on compulsory acquisition providing advice on subdivision of properties, leases, licenses and easements drafting and interpreting strata by-laws providing advice on the compliance of by-laws providing advice on common property exclusive rights issues About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be an experienced property lawyer with around 1 to 3 years pae Pre-admission experience in conveyancing will be highly regarded Have solid technical skills as well as commercial nous Have excellent communication skills, able to foster strong client relationships Be a team player but also enjoy working independently Be highly organised and be able to manage competing deadlines Be enthusiastic and show initiative Culture & Benefits
