About the roleGraincorp is currently seeking a Property Contract Specialist (Telecommunications). This role will assist with the property administration function. The responsibilities of the role will include:
Manage the property administration function for the GrainCorp business in relation to Telco and other property related contractsExecution of lease documents, site inspections, charging of maintenance costs, limited holdover agreements, rent collection, insurance certificates of currency and other documents as requiredWork with internal stakeholders primarily our engineers to gain written approval for significant maintenance and upgrade workAbout your experienceCandidates will have prior experience in Telecommunications property leasing with retail, commercial or agricultural experience. Candidates will also demonstrate:
Experience in Property leasing and management or similar support roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsExposure to relevant state property legislationSignificant stakeholder engagement experience from operational teams to senior executivesStrong finance and computer skills including SAP (SAP-RE), word and excelReady to apply? / How do you apply?The next steps are easy!
