This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property & Commercial Manager to join Gallagher AU to lead the Property team.
Key responsibilities include:
Direct management of Commercial property portfolio across AustraliaPositioning and protecting property investments and leasing, ensuring profitability through professional management and negotiations Strong stakeholder management internally with business leaders and external partnersManage close working relationship with Commercial real estate partners and regional businesses in ANZManage large portfolio of Branch relocations, site management, fit outs, refurbishments, branding and design ensuring each asset is maintained to a high quality of presentationLead, improve and maintain a consultative network of suppliers to deliver property and facilities servicesWe would like to speak to candidates who can demonstrate Commercial property management expertise with experience in:
Developing, implementing national property strategyCommercial and project management skillsFinancial analysis, reporting and pricing negotiationsWorking knowledge of Building Compliance AU regulations and WH&S policiesSolutions focused mindset, ability to negotiate and collaborate with key business stakeholdersStrong data and financial analysis skills What you will bring to this role?
