Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and developments.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct due diligence and property searches.
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on property laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Admitted as a solicitor in South Australia.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in property/commercial law or similar.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
