Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections;Processing of tenant applications;Assisting Property Managers;Booking and conducting private inspections.This role is available at either our Newcastle West, Belmont or East Maitland office.

You will bring to the position:
Ideally 1 year of experience as a Property Associate or similar roleA current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceDemonstrated customer service focusExcellent communication skills - your written communication style is just as important as your verbalAbility to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are metProactiveness, attention to detail, with high-level accuracyAbility to manage a role that is hybrid, including field and office based work.Are you the right "fit" for our Culture?
