Your New Role
Randstad is currently in search of Property Managers to join one of our esteemed clients in the heart of the Gold Coast. This unique opening offers the chance to become part of a local real estate agency on a temporary basis to help cover an extended period of leave. In this temporary full time position, you will be required to maintain a portfolio of holiday lettings, from bookings through to receipt of payments. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of rental properties, liaising with property owners and tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities

Maintaining relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Managing the day to day operations of the Portfolio
Ensuring efficient database management
Implementing effective arrears management strategies
Monitoring and effectively managing leases and obligations
Reconciling payments with the trust accounts

Your Skills and Experience

Experience working in a similar Property Management position
Holding a valid QLD Registration Certificate
Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to work
Displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintaining a professional appearance in all interactions
