Based in Salisbury South, as our Property & Maintenance Team Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Property & Maintenance team to deliver gardening & maintenance services to Helping Hand's Home Care and Retirement Living clients.
The Property & Maintenance Team Administration Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Home Care and Retirement Living divisions, working alongside various Home Care service teams and coordination services to support Helping Hand's strategies and business objectives in these areas.
You'll also make an impact by: Acting as the main contact for workforce management (WFM) inquiries, offering prompt assistance through phone calls and emails.
Monitoring and coordinating incoming correspondence to the shared email inboxes and calendars during business hours.
Supporting a culture that engages employees through communication, recognition, and collaboration.
Initiating follow-up actions arising from meetings, reports, requests from internal and external stakeholders and coordinating in line with continuous improvement activities and reporting.
What you'll bring  To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong understanding of business practices, policies, and priorities related to rostering and workforce management, along with expertise in rostering processes and best practices.
A Certificate in Business Administration is highly desirable.
Ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and projects, including prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in fast-paced environments and proficiency in using Windows-based software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and cloud-based technologies.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail with experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
