About the role We're accepting applications for a permanent role of Property and Asset Coordinator within our Support Services, to work in a combination of remote and at our Eight Mile Plains, Head Office. The role is on a full-time basis working 75 hours per fortnight. The purpose of the position is to provide support and assist in the management of RAQ owned and leased assets through the involvement in all aspects of day-to-day operations of RAQ property and fleet portfolio, including accounting, portfolio and lease administration, tenant relations, asset maintenance and repair, security, landscaping, and janitorial services.
Main Responsibilities Maintaining a register of all titles and leases and ensure that all related documents are recorded and filed in the asset management system with a high level of record keeping.Undertaking administrative activities relating to lease management, checking and administering all rent invoices and tenant payments, ensuring annual rent increases are in accordance with lease agreements, as well as outgoings and body corporate fees.Assisting with the delivery of leasing projects and the provision of office accommodation and furniture.Assisting in the planning and coordination for the opening and closure of venues directed by the Property and Asset Manager.Ensuring all Building Legislation & Compliance requirements are met for all RAQ venues and coordinating with external contractors on rectification work.Obtaining quotes from external contractors on rectification work, repairs and maintenance, or new project works.Updating the Asset Management System for all contract changes/updates and asset data updates.Assisting with actively managing the relationship with the fleet management company, arranging the order and receipts of new vehicles, and coordinating and implementing lease extensions and maintenance.Managing service delivery and maintenance contracts to undertake building maintenance and repairs.About you To be successful in this position, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in facility, asset, and fleet management of a geographically dispersed portfolio.Demonstrated skills and experience in administrating and coordinating building maintenance and repairs.Experience in property & lease administration and contract & vendor management.Experience in the use of software packages used for property, asset, and fleet management.Demonstrated high level of time management, organisation skills, and prioritising tasks.Experience in implementing Asset Management & Work Management Systems; SAP accounts software highly desired.We Can Offer You We also offer our employees the following:
