The Client An opportunity to join a leading Shopping Centre Owner who has a diversified portfolio that includes some of SEQ's most iconic shopping centres and precincts.
The Role Be across operational functions for the centre, working closely with an array of stakeholders including the Facilities and Centre Management teams, as well as external contractors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting in the development of the centre budgets and forecastingDeveloping and contributing to the objectives of the Asset and Business PlanBuilding collaborative relationships with retailers, operators and contractors.Proactively managing the performance of contract teamsEnsuring that all building services are functioning and are constantly monitoredEnsuring compliance and OH&S requirements are metThe Ideal Candidate Shopping Centre Experience working as a Facilities/Operations Coordinator or Services AssistantGreat contractor managementExcellent communication skillsAbility to read and understand plans and technical dataAbility to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performanceAPPLY NOW or call Krystal Woolaston on 0481 142 674 for more information or email your CV to ******.
