What this job involves: As the Property Administrator, you'll be responsible for accounts payable (AP) invoice processing and providing support regarding the use of the AP systems. You'll also monitor a high-volume, centralised inbox and address these queries. A snapshot of the role: Review and correct scanning and validation of all invoices into the AP systems.Coding of invoices and handling invoice rejections.Match purchase orders to invoices when processing.Liaison with wider Property and Asset Management team to validate purchase orders and processing.Assist with support queries for the AP system (ie. CAAPS, Prism).Monthly audits and reporting to ensure accurate, timely invoice processing.General administration tasks and ad-hoc requests as determined by team leader.Monitoring of centralised inbox for invoices and support queries.Collecting and processing of all mail.Co-ordination with business for maintenance of Supplier Master Data, including new vendor setups and existing vendor changes.Supplier statement reconciliations as required.Sound like you?
