Property Administrator

About the Client One of Australia's largest private development companies, across all industry sectors - retail, commercial, industrial, residential, resort and master plan communities.
About the Role Working on one of the largest urban renewal projects in the country, a redevelopment that has revitalised the area with new premium grade office space and civic facilities.
The Property Administrator's primary purpose is to provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
This includes various deliverables including financial reporting, arrears collection and reporting, monthly management reports and providing assistance in the management of the Precinct, including the commercial and retail tenancies.
The Property Administrator will provide excellent administrative support and client services focusing on building strong and trusting relationships with all tenants and stakeholders to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
About You 2-5 years of experience in property administration.
Demonstrates the strong organisational skills necessary to assist with a number of different properties.
Well-developed reporting skills.
Established skills in lease administration and management.
Ability to interpret and carry out administration duties for leases and other legal documentation.
Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act NSW is desirable.
