This fast-growing team has a strong pipeline of property growth across a variety of asset classes including, neighbourhood & sub-regional shopping centres, as well as mixed-use assets.
The Role: To manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre Management office and provide administrative support to the Centre Manager/staffAssist in collection of rents, arrears, payment of accounts, preparation of lease documentationGeneral liaison between management and tenantsProvide secretarial support including typing, filing and diary managementMaintaining centre databases including retailer, contractors contact listMaintaining office equipment, stationary and kitchen suppliesWorking with and supporting the Centre Manager with operational issuesAssist with budget preparation and forward business planningThe Candidate: 2-3 years experience in administration within the property sector.Ability to work independently to achieve goals and objectivesProactive assistance with issues and management of various situationsStrong verbal & written communication skillsReal Estate License or Certificate of Registration highly regardedPresent in a professional manner at all times and demonstrate energy and enthusiasm whilst maintaining a friendly demeanor.If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Tiffany Jolly on .
