We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property/Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team.As a Property/Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable aspect of our financial operations including our substantial property leasing portfolio. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate billing processes, timely collection of rents, and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants.Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable for our properties.Generate and send out invoices, handle incoming payments, and update relevant data.Work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate billing and rent collection.Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments and manage collection efforts.Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Resolve billing and payment discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.Prepare regular financial reports on accounts receivable status and activities.Engage with tenants to resolve financial issues related to rent and other charges.About You: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the property management industry.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting software.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Classification Please complete the form below to apply for this position#J-18808-Ljbffr
