We are partnered with a client who works with some of the biggest names in the Education, Corporate and Government industries. They are going through a growth phase and are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to primarily drive process improvements, oversee the Service Desk Function, and help drive engineering projects.
Responsibilities:Focus on Process ImprovementPlanning and Coordination of Service DeskEnsure Engineering team is working towards the agreed SLA's.Coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, and analysing company resources.Project Scoping and PlanningExperience working in a Network Engineering MSP environment is preferable.ITIL Certified.Benefits:Location: Queensland (Hybrid). Out of state applications will also be considered.Duration: Permanent RoleStart Date: ASAP (Before February)Salary:Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
