This part-time position (22.8hrs per week) is a fixed-term role for 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to various projects and provide administrative support to our dynamic team. About the Role: As the Projects & Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Safety Team, ensuring prompt and effective assistance to both internal and external staff and stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining records, coordinating staff identification and security cards, preparing reports, and assisting with various People & Safety projects. Key Responsibilities: Provide helpful, efficient, and courteous customer service to all internal and external queries. Assist with People & Safety projects, including the Volunteers project. Assist with the creation and distribution of People & Safety information, including intranet updates. Prepare and raise purchase orders and track People and Safety credit card expenditures. Coordinate Working with Children checks. Compile reports, including the annual Equal Employment Opportunity report and Workforce plan reports. Implement and monitor People & Safety actions relating to the Disability and Inclusion Plan. Provide payroll backup for the Payroll Partner, including payroll processing and answering inquiries.
