The role will ensure technology outcomes are successfully delivered and support test management activities.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Test Manager will work closely with the Programme Manager, technology project team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), the broader project team and the vendor to monitor the implementation of the project scope and deliverables and will focus on ensuring test activities are managed and completed to ensure quality outcomes for the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a track record in project and test management with a strong execution and delivery focus, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with cross functional teams and external vendors to establish detailed test plans. In particular, this role will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing test activities across the whole of the programme including:
tracking and reporting test milestonescompleting test plan scope and alignment to test strategypreparing a test summary report and test status reporting utilising reporting toolscoordinating resolution and re-testing of the issues raised with the business and technical users and vendor teamThe successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in implementing a treasury management system (Calypso is highly preferred) plus a tertiary qualification in finance, technology or business-related discipline or more than 10 years equivalent experience. A project management qualification would be advantageous but is not essential, however a strong understanding and experience with project management and execution and understanding of IT data architecture is required. Experience working in a corporate treasury or financial markets organisation and experience managing technology projects or projects with significant technology streams will be needed, along with experience leading and managing project test activities. Finally, experience with JIRA and exposure to Zephyr Scale is advantageous.
