Job Opportunity: Project Team LeadLocation: Pinjarra, Western AustraliaJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentCommencement: December 2024Industry: Heavy Industrial / Refinery / Resources UGL is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Team Lead to join our team at a refinery in Pinjarra, WA. In this role, you'll oversee project execution, safety, and compliance, ensuring project success through effective planning, cost control, team leadership, and quality management. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly resilient, and have a proactive approach to safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management: Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and management for all team members (both direct and indirect).Project Delivery & Oversight: Develop, monitor, and report on the project schedule, ensuring effective delivery while managing budgets, schedules, and adherence to technical and quality standards. Address project risks related to schedule and cost, and ensure materials and resources are available for seamless project progression.Safety & Compliance: Uphold a safe working environment by actively participating in safety meetings, inspections, and training.
