Requirements: A proven track record in project support,consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.  Experienced in preparing high qualityproject management documents in alignment with best practice.  Effective negotiation and communicationskills to support internal and external stakeholder engagement.  Strong analytical skills, problems solvingand organizational skills to manage competing priorities are essentials.  Responsive, team player who providesexception administrative and project support to a high-profile project team. Demonstrate an ability to manage andsupport the development of project artefacts, including schedules,deliverables, risks and issues in tight timeframes. Extensive experience in drafting andpreparation of briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions forreporting to Senior Executives in government. Demonstrate an ability to be collaborativeand connected, form productive working relationships with a variety of internaland external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
