Applications are being managed by George Bailey at Robert Walters Recruitment - ****** This role supports the Portfolio Management function by ensuring the team's adherence to all applicable methodologies and governance requirements. The role will also support the team with a variety of tasks, such as the delivery of consistent, timely reports and financial processes. Support  GENERAL  Support the Portfolio Manager to continuously improve and embed program and project governance;  Review and circulate program and project reports to stakeholders;  Create and maintain program and project dashboards;  Create and maintain centralised RAID logs and follow-up on actions;  Support the design and maintenance of portfolio level reports;  Create and maintain a view of the short-term and long-term delivery roadmaps;  Create and maintain a centralised stakeholder register for all projects and programs;  Schedule and manage program and project reviews in accordance with the project delivery lifecycle;  Ensure supplier and partner agreements are reviewed by appropriate team members, processed and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.  Monitor and respond to queries / requests in the Portfolio Management mailbox;  Prepare slides and information for program and portfolio governance meetings and steering committees;  Document and circulate minutes for program and portfolio governance meetings and steering committees;  PROJECT SPECIFIC  Establish and regularly review project and program governance and reporting;  Track and monitor changes to milestones;  Support the administration and acceptance of project and program change requests and ensure that documentation and plans are updated accordingly;  Ensures that projects adhere to AAL project methodology standards and reporting requirements  Team  Track and administer purchase orders and payment of third-party invoices;  Establish effective working relationships with key internal and external customers and business partners;  Maintain a professional image and build an understanding of AAL's organisation, products, services, policies and procedures.  Contribute to a collaborative, can-do team mindset that positively contributes to the technology & Innovation team's culture.  Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions;  Contribute to a safe, healthy and discrimination free workplace;  Comply with the WHS Responsibility Guidelines;  Comply with the Environmental Responsibility Procedure  Live the AAL Values  A Be ACCOUNTABLE and AUTHENTIC    I Conduct ourselves with INTEGRITY  R Be RESPONSIVE, efficient and RESPECTFUL   P Take PRIDE in our achievements   O Be OPEN and friendly and encourage diversity   R Build RELATIONSHIPS based on trust   T Foster great TEAMS  Desirable  Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business or a related discipline.  Experience  Essential  Hands-on experience in project administration and support;   Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders and managing priorities;  At least 2 years of relevant experience;  Implementing and embedding governance and new processes in complex environments;  Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite including project  Desirable   Working within complex teams and across business units;  Understanding of technology project lifecycles (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative);  PMO experience;  Change management  Personal Attributes  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across organisational levels;  Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude;  Willingness to accept and handle a large variety of tasks;  Friendly, reliable, energetic, proactive and approachable;  Demonstrated ability to develop sound, productive working relationships with customers and internal teams;  Willing to challenge customers to ensure their needs are thoroughly understood;  Ability to challenge stakeholders to ensure timely, on budget project delivery;  Ability to co-ordinate a number of high priority activities;  Customer service attributes that include building confidence, sensibility to others, active listening, alertness and reliability;  Ability to 'keep it simple' and relevant for business users;  Proactive and able to anticipate and react quickly to issues as the arise;  Resilient and flexible;  Able to cope effectively with changing priorities;  Responds constructively to new ideas and challenges;
