The role will also support the team with a variety of tasks, such as the delivery of consistent, timely reports and financial processes. Support GENERAL Support the Portfolio Manager to continuously improve and embed program and project governance; Review and circulate program and project reports to stakeholders; Create and maintain program and project dashboards; Create and maintain centralised RAID logs and follow-up on actions; Support the design and maintenance of portfolio level reports; Create and maintain a view of the short-term and long-term delivery roadmaps; Create and maintain a centralised stakeholder register for all projects and programs; Schedule and manage program and project reviews in accordance with the project delivery lifecycle; Ensure supplier and partner agreements are reviewed by appropriate team members, processed and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and respond to queries / requests in the Portfolio Management mailbox; Prepare slides and information for program and portfolio governance meetings and steering committees; Document and circulate minutes for program and portfolio governance meetings and steering committees; PROJECT SPECIFIC Establish and regularly review project and program governance and reporting; Track and monitor changes to milestones; Support the administration and acceptance of project and program change requests and ensure that documentation and plans are updated accordingly; Ensures that projects adhere to AAL project methodology standards and reporting requirements Team Track and administer purchase orders and payment of third-party invoices; Establish effective working relationships with key internal and external customers and business partners; Maintain a professional image and build an understanding of AAL's organisation, products, services, policies and procedures.
