Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of experience in commercial fit outs, construction, and refurbishments, with expertise in managing projects up to $10 million.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in commercial fitouts, construction, and refurbishments.Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and schedule.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of ISO accreditation and government project requirements preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Opportunity to build your own home with the organisation.Brand new, state-of-the-art, two-story office located on Richmond Road.Competitive salary package and benefits.Join the team and be part of an innovative and dynamic company specialising in fit outs, refurbishments, and commercial construction projects.
