The role: Provide executive and program support to the Director Rural Pathways and the Tasmanian Rural Generalist Pathway Coordination Unit (TRGP CU). This includes: Working directly with the Director Rural Pathways to further develop, monitor and evaluate the Tasmanian Rural Generalist Pathway model. Supporting the activities of the Director Rural Pathways and the team in quality and safety activities and risk and issue management. Providing executive and program support, as required, to committees/councils that the Director Rural Pathways attends/Chairs. The team: Work as part of a small cohesive team Support medical students and doctors in training Be a part of building Tasmania's rural medical workforce Details of Appointment: Fixed term, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period until 3 October 2025. *notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Salary: $79,529 - $91,517 per annum.
