They are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to start ASAP in this 3 month contract role based in their Orange office.
The Job

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing clerical support including coordinating appointments, meetings, travel and accommodation.Reviewing and tracking incoming correspondence.Contractor management including timesheet and compliance reviews.Providing support in respect to financial administration, compiling reports and preparation of documentation.General administrative support in preparing a range of correspondence including letters, registers, reports and spreadsheets to support the Business Unit needs.You

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
1-2 years' experience in a similar Project Support and/or Senior Administration Officer role.Government experience will be favoured.Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A White card or willingness to obtain one is a must.How To Apply
