About the company:With over 20 years of experience across Sydney, our client is seeking a Project Manager to join the team and be fully supported by our leading construction team.Requirements for this role:Manage & deliver end to end large scale fit-out projects $100k - $5mDeliver projects on time and within budgetProvide full scope & feasibility of worksSupport in the delivery of supply & installation projectsContract administration, invoicing and project variation managementProblem solving and developing swift solutions to on and off-site issuesMonitor job progress against program, keep stakeholders updated and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the projectSkills and experience:Minimum of 10+ years overall experience in the construction industry5+ years experience in a similar roleStrong interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at a high level
