The position reports directly to the Managing Director on a daily and weekly basis regarding project and task delivery.

Our team is passionate about delivering specialist services to rural and regional Australia.EnviroAg Australia is proudly a quality certified ISO 9001 business.To learn more about EnviroAg Australia, visit our website at www.enviroag.net.au.Duties for this Position:The key duties of the position include:Assist in the delivery of quality project outcomes, including drafting letters, briefs, and other advice.Prepare project scopes, build project budgets, and draft proposals, as directed.Facilitate meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes as required.Engage with clients to arrange delivery of project work and related documents.Procure and facilitate materials, equipment, and logistics as required.Collect, collate, and file scientific data for projects.Assist in engaging the market to generate leads and enquiries for projects with new and existing clients.Perform project administrative tasks, including filing for project hardcopy and electronic documents as directed.Update company systems with data and information as directed.Utilise company quality systems and reporting software.Other duties as required.Formal Qualifications and Experience Required:Experience in an Australian professional or technical consultancy position in the private or service industry.Qualifications and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Business-related studies.Experience in budgeting and project procurement is preferred.Qualifications or experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: Environmental or Agricultural Science or Engineering, Applied Science, or other; but not essential.Sound knowledge and experience in MS Word; advanced computer skills are an advantage.Experience in Australian agriculture is highly desirable.Current Open driver's license is essential (manual vehicle preferred).First Aid and CPR certificate is preferred.Selection Criteria:The candidate must respond to the following selection criteria:Qualifications and experience in business studies or a related science or engineering discipline.Proven sound computer skills and experience in MS Office, finance package, etc.Experience in private industry consultancy in Australia in a related area.Experience working in an Australian industry in rural, regional, and remote areas.Proven ability to manage time and prioritise projects with competing interests.Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.To ApplyTo apply for this position, upload your CV and a covering letter with attached information.Please address the selection criteria.
