Who we're looking for: We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high-performing project team, based in Devonport.
You will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation.
Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
You will be responsible for various disciplines including site administration, document control, safety support, project management support, stakeholder and communications support, with tasks including:
detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondencedevelopment and maintenance of comprehensive contract filing systemstimely management of daily procurement and commercial documentationsetting and maintaining administration standards and best practices across the projectcollating and distributing monthly invoices and progress claims to clients; monitoring subcontractor insurance expiryoverseeing CMS compliance, plant registers, and safety statistics; participating in safety meetings, walks, and auditsimplementing and coordinating project administration systems; maintaining site office operations, supplies, and servicesYou may also have the following additional skills: experience in the civil construction industryexperience in the reporting, reviewing, and analysis of project financial performanceexperience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.For more about us, head to www.bmd.com.au.
