Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking on expanding their team even further!Role: Initially, you will be employed to manage a $120m Apartment project in the Inner Suburbs.
This role is an immediate need but a January start is also acceptable.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will have: A Relevant tertiary degree A strong commercial mindset with experience on constructing Apartment/ Commercial projects larger than $40m Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager Excellent communication and presentation skills A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality Unlimited Australian working rights Reach out to Ryan Attard on 0431 767 838 or ******
