Onsite12 + 12 month contract (TSPV security clearance required, or held within last 12 months)Experience with procurement and finance, preferably within a Defence environmentOur client, a Federal Government entity focused on signals is seeking a Project Support Officer.About the clientOur client defends against global threats and advances our national interests through the provision of foreign signals intelligence, cyber security and offensive cyber operations.About the role - Project Support OfficerMaintain program and project risk registers; including regular reviews and updates; advising team members if they have been nominated to execute risk treatments and facilitation of project risk workshops.DutiesMaintain project documentation including document libraries and ensuring final documents meet audit requirementsProvide administration support including schedule maintenance, monthly reporting and resource managementSkills / ExperienceDemonstrable administration and organisational skills, and experience in the management of complex ICT projectsHigh level knowledge of project management methodologies, and Project certification (e.g.
