Project Support Officer

Role title: Project Support Officer
Duration of the contract: 6 months contract with the option to extend for up to 18 months
Location: 26 Reddacliff St Newstead
WFH: This role has 2 days work from home per week

Required skills and experience: Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.Proven ability to format and maintain project-related documents effectively.Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Experience delivering project administration support in a customer-centric, entrepreneurial environment.Skilled in managing and prioritizing work autonomously, resolving issues, and making informed decisions under conflicting deadlines.Exceptional customer service standards, with a focus on innovation and improvement to enhance the customer experience and reduce costs.Ability to handle confidential and urgent matters with discretion.Competent in producing high-quality correspondence and documents, including infographics, charts, and presentations.Advanced skills in enterprise software for managing business and project processes.To discuss please call Mangal Kadam on 07 3003 7693 or Donna Prince on 07 3291 5406 quoting reference number 264207.
