About the role Temporary part time opportunity to provide ongoing support to the Deadly Start School Based Traineeship Program, to facilitate a meaningful experience that will encourage future pathways into the health sector.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with MNHHS's strategic goals, vision and values.
Liaise, consult, and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including students and their families, schools, senior staff, clinicians, other project teams and agencies to achieve project objectives.
Support the recruitment of students and provide ongoing culturally responsive support across the traineeship cycle.
Support the state in ongoing improvement initiatives to continue to improve the effectiveness of this program.
Maintain program documentation by implementing a robust records management system in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
