Our Advisory and Engineering teams are seeking a dedicated administrative resource to help deliver projects on time and improve efficiencies. Using your skills in both administration and project coordination, you will assist our consulting team to deliver comprehensive, professional, and seamless administration and project support.

This is a Part-time position located in our Wollongong office however, we encourage candidates across any of our SLR Australia locations, to apply! Key Responsibilities
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Line Director, you will be joining a team of consultants across the APAC region to help with efficiencies.
Outside of bringing your fantastic self to work, you will also be responsible for: Assistance with project administration and workflow management (including financial). Supporting consultants with management of sub-consultant and client financial and project management, including project setup in systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint. Data entry and basic data analysis. Using Deltek and other metrics to ensure project elements are continually monitored (e.g. unbilled WIP reports, invoicing and credit notes on behalf of PM's). Ensuring that authorisation processes, policies and practices are communicated and followed (e.g. Health and Safety, expenses, expenditure, travel, equipment). Administrative cross over tasks (bid assistance, Project Assistance (report formatting, style / templates, letters / contracts / printing), taking minutes for meetings and booking training for staff. Technical Discipline / Service Line specific assistance (timesheet submissions, meeting facilitation, agenda). Skills and experience
You will need to have 3 - 6 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in these areas. Experience within consulting/ professional services or an interest in an environmental solutions firm will be advantageous. 
The ideal candidate will have: Great organisational skills/multitasking abilities; Positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks; Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); Proven experience with administration and project coordination; Professional presentation and working within a professional environment; Ideally experienced in similar industries in government, construction, project management and architecture.
