This role involves supervising both internal trades and external subcontractors across various minor works projects spanning multiple trade disciplines. Responsibilities: Lead, direct, and motivate contractors and internal trade staff. Organize workflow and ensure subcontractors understand their tasks. Ensure operational efficiency and meeting of KPIs for minor works contracts. Provide guidance, training, and tools to complete assigned tasks. Undertake quoting and coordination of subcontractors. Oversee project scheduling and allocation of work. Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and audits as required.
