Join our team in a key leadership role, helping deliver road, civil and mining projects in remote South Australia & Northern Territory.
15th October, 2024Join the Exact team in this key project leadership role as a Project Superintendent.

You will play a key role in helping deliver road construction, civil, water infrastructure, agricultural and mining projects across remote South Australia and Northern Territory.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project activities are performed safely, on budget and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be expected to work a FIFO roster, doing 14 days on, 7 days off.

Role responsibilities include: Leading & maintaining a strong safety cultureDriving operational efficiency, productivity and achieving schedulesHaving an 'on the ground' presence and providing guidance and feedback to the teams and individualsMaintaining and adhering to the projects schedule of activitiesEnsuring all contractual and KPI requirements are understood, delivered and reported onLiaising with the Project Leadership Team to meet objectivesDeveloping and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and maximise resourcesThe successful candidate will have:Current drivers licence (essential)Experience in a similar role, with extensive earthworks experienceCert IV or Diploma in Management (or equivalent)S1, S2, S3 qualification (desirable)Effective planning, time management and prioritisation skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to manage othersCompetence with Microsoft Office and MS ProjectsExcellent communication skillsAbout Exact:

Pre-Employment:
