We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Campaign Delivery team of already talented project leads, to execute some of the best in market integrated client campaigns.

As part of our team, you will be working on client campaigns that make NOVA the entertainment partner of choice. This includes responsibilities like:
Coordinate and manage the delivery of all Nova Entertainment's integrated campaign elements across, radio, digital, experiential, social & podcasting platforms
Collaborate with all areas of the business including Ad Operations, Design, Editorial, Audience Engagement, Sales, Talent Partnerships and beyond
Manage communication with talent &/or talent managers where need, to brief in requirements, seek approvals etc
Craft engaging copy for native articles and paid social, ensuring this is in-line with our content strategy and brand tone
Build, run and optimise paid social campaigns across a suite of ad-serving platforms
Lead optimisation and strategic amplification to drive successful results for our clients
Service and provide market leading experiences for clients including managing critical paths, content matrix, EDMs, optimisation strategies and post campaign reporting.
Overall, communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, providing a seamless experience
This entry level opportunity is ripe for someone who;
Has a minimum of 2 years' campaign or project management experience
Is resilient, adapts to change quickly and stays calm under pressure
Displays exceptional attention to detail, organisation & time management
Has the ability to effectively juggle various priorities
Excels in a fast-paced environment
Has a solutions focused mindset & problem solving skills
Fosters strong internal and external relationships
Previous experience in advertising or media is desirable.
