Project Services Manager

The Organisation Our client, an established mining operator, is actively recruiting for a Project Services Manager to join their expanding projects team on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include: Provide expert guidance in contracts management throughout the project lifecycleGuidance including leading review processes in baselining project deliverables, control budget and project scheduleManagement including coordination of project delivery services namely Costs, Schedule, Estimating and Document ControlLead and manage estimating, planning, cost control and document control reviews to ensure compliance to project requirements and KPIsCost monitoring for owners team scope including assessment, variance and trend analysis including recommendation of corrective actions and mitigationsAnalysis, review and management of, in conjunction with the Lead Cost Controller and Lead Planner, control schedule and control budgetsOwners Change Management – process, variance and trend analysis including provision of team guidance in explaining significant delta in trends and variancesEPCM Contract Change Management – process delivery, variance and trend analysis including provision of team guidance in identifying inconsistencies and upward trendsDevelop, implement and maintain owners team project controls plan, including updating inputs to the Project Execution Plan The Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within resourcesProven track record as a successful project services managerExcellent team management and communication skillsEPCM and Owner experience on large to major projectsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce or EngineeringThe ability to build effective stakeholder relationships How to apply: If you are interested in applying for this role then please follow the link.
