The Opportunity CPP is entering an exciting growth phase, undertaking major renewable energy projects that will shape our future.
As part of this expansion, we're looking for a forward-thinking Project Services Manager to take on a key role in ensuring consistency, standardization, and excellence in project controls and delivery across our regions in SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD.
In this newly created position, we're seeking a hands-on professional to lead and enhance our project controls framework.
This role is essential in supporting the CPP PMO Roadmap and Operations strategies, establishing frameworks for enterprise risk management, earned value management (EVM), progress measurement, cost and schedule assurance, and project benchmarking.
As Project Services Manager, you'll be a key change agent, bringing our project controls in line with industry best practices to elevate operational performance and enable the successful delivery of CPP's landmark projects.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: 7+ years' experience with major projects, preferably in a design and construct environmentDemonstrated experience in Project Controls and/or Project Management, with the ability to develop and implement project management frameworksExperience with either cost control, planning/scheduling, procurement, or estimating will be highly regardedStrong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levelsKnowledge of Primavera P6 or OPC, InEight, and Power Bi systemsExperience with IFS will be highly regardedWhy Join Us?
