Project Services Lead
(PSL).
Reporting to the
Project Services Manager
(PSM), the
Project Services Lead
is responsible for creating bi-weekly project reports, managing budget reviews, and ensuring accurate financial and project status updates. The PSL also identifies and implements process improvements, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and addresses any budget issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Objectives:
Create Bi-Weekly Project Reports on Cost, Planning, Procurement & Contracting covering:
Total Project Cost
Outstanding Deliverables
Procurement & Contracting activities
Warehousing, Transport & Logistics
The PSL will also be responsible for:
To ensure the Project Controller is receiving accurate project status reports.
Identify, review & create processes & procedures around Project Services when required.
Form part of the Project Review with the IPP team once the Project is finalised.
About You
As the
Project Services Lead , you will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills to the role. Here's a breakdown of what you'll need:
Experience
Prepare and manage comprehensive project reports
Project Management software (Pronto or similar ERP systems)
Skills
Good understanding of financial principles
Strong analytical capabilities
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisation
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 skills
Qualifications
BA in Engineering, Commerce, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
Clearances
National Police Clearance
Medical Clearance
