Project / Senior Project Manager - Fitout & Refurb (Hospitality Sector)

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and ambitious Project / Senior Project Manager to join a Consultancy that has grown in both reputation and headcount on the back of their consistent and expanding project pipeline.
With a headcount of approximately 20 and offices in 3 states, this role is initially focused on delivering capex, fitout, and refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector and is ideally suited to a Project Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of the projects, from planning and design to construction and final delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are completed within time and cost constraints. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to deliver their best. Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges that may arise during construction. Communicate project progress, updates, and potential risks to clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of successful fit-out and refurbishment project delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of making sound decisions under pressure. Proficient in project management software and tools to track progress and analyze data. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
