As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer or a Project Engineer looking to take the next step forward in their career to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 5+ years experience in a similar project engineering role to step up into a senior role under the guidance of a supportive management team with 35+ years industry experience.

Your Role Using your experience in civil construction projects including roadworks, streetscapes, underground infrastructure, earthworks, subdivisions and Land Development you will provide project planning assistance, onsite engineering services and technical support to your team.
Your role will include leading and assisting on:
Working with Project Managers to lead major projects across Perth Development of project start-up documentation, planning, programming and completion schedules Providing technical support and advice on project specifications and resourcing Collaboration with team members to assist tendering and estimating Assisting in the preparation of progress reports, client reports and cost monitoring Undertaking QA inspections on site, and ensuring ITP's and QA documentation are up-to-date Liaising with clients, local government authorities, subcontractors and stakeholders as needed General systems admin Your Skills and experience A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 5 year's experience in the civil construction industry Experience with Land Development, Subdivisions and Underground Infrastructure is desirable Strong problem solving abilities An understanding of OH&S and Quality Control Processes Project Management skills and ability to use Microsoft suite, in particular Excel, Word and Project Excellent people skills Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously Your Values Leading by example when it comes to promoting a strong safety culture Contributing to our team-first approach and supportive culture Ability to take a hands-on approach when required Dedication to quality, transparency and timeliness Commitment to respecting our environment and sustainability Upholding our systems and contributing to ongoing improvement of workplace processes Benefits and Perks Strong Senior Management Support to assist you in taking the next step in your career A balanced work / family life Growing business with career development opportunities Wide variety of projects A competitive market salary Friendly and supportive work environment
