If you're interested to work as a Project Scheduler in our Sydney, NSW office, we'll offer you the support to make it happen! Revolutionise rail travel with Siemens Mobility. You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation and monitoring of rail systems project time schedule using Primavera software. The key responsibilities include: Detailed planning and composition of the rail systems' time schedule, measuring progress, preparation of progress reports, critical path analysis and determining delay recovery measures. Close interaction with the project management and engineering teams to gain regular inputs, reviews, and updates. Assist Project Managers with the variations/claims and justifications using baseline functionality and schedules. Critical Path Analysis and incorporation of scope changes and updates into the schedules. Attend engineering, site meetings, and keep record of the minutes for the purpose of schedule update. Develop Executive Summary schedules for the Project Managers and Management Prepare and implement different 'what if' scenarios and run a comparison between them. Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills. Proven experience as a Planner and Scheduler preferably in rail or other infrastructure projects, and fully conversant using Primavera. Experience in measuring progress against the schedule, preparation of progress reports and related submissions to meet contractual requirements.
