Project Scheduler 4-month term, extendable to 8, with a reputed client in PerthPerth CBD locationRequired skills:Schedule management, risk analysis, policy adherence, MS ProjectAbout the company: Our client, a prominent leader in healthcare support services, is dedicated to improving healthcare infrastructure and delivery across the region.
The role: As a Program Scheduler, you will play a vital role in managing and reporting schedules, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and standards.
Responsibilities: Maintain and report on project schedules in alignment with project management frameworks.Monitor progress against baseline scope, budget, and cost tolerances.Manage issue and risk escalation and resolution related to project schedules.Develop and execute procedures for estimating, scheduling, and project controls.Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.Key experience: Demonstrated experience in schedule management, ideally within a project management framework.Proficiency in MS Project and other project control tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Desirable experience: Previous experience in the healthcare industry or similar regulated environment.Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar project management methodologies.
