Due to increase in global project requirements, a new opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join the project team to be responsible for managing coordination and status reporting of project oriented work efforts. About The Opportunity Working within a global team, key responsibilities include the following: Update Project Schedules & financial forecasts. Track costs, key project milestones and adjusting project plans to meet the needs of customers. Be involved in project costing & financial forecasting. Produce weekly dashboard reports on progress & issues on tracking issues. Monitor Dashboard for tracking progress on solution deliverables, test planning, test execution, deployment planning & execution. Effectively liaise with key internal & external key stakeholders. About You The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: Tertiary Qualification in Science, Engineering or equivalent. Sound experience in tracking project milestones, detailed schedules & project plans & budget schedules Sound experience in pharmaceutical. biotechnology, food, FMCG manufacturing highly desirable. Well developed communication & interpersonal skills. Key stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to effectively liaise at all levels.
