We are seeking people who:
Exceptional skills in scheduling and software processes Experienced in Primavera P6 The ability to work autonomously Familiarity and experience with Civil Construction Experience in planning and scheduling construction projects within a project delivery environment from a Teir 2/3 construction company level.
Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining detailed project schedule Monitor project progress and updating schedule accordingly Coordinating with project teams to allocate resources effectively Identify and analyse additional scope or delays and their impacts on the project schedule Prepare and distribution of schedule report to internal and external stakeholders Coordination with other project disciplines to ensure schedule alignment Track and report on process outcomes Provide key dates, milestones, interdependencies, work breakdown structure, and manage schedule critical path Record and analyse progress and trends, advising project stakeholders accordingly Identify scheduling issues, propose improvements and review construction proposals for efficiency Monitor and report progress against project baseline plan and earned value analysis Present schedule analysis to internal and external stakeholders Evaluate deviation and proposed variations for their impact on project timeline and resource requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
